Let Ciara’s engagement ring spark your imagination

Ciara is known for both her R’n’B discography and her effortlessly cool style. The celebrity also has one of the most charming relationships in Hollywood, having been married to her husband Russell Wilson for over five years now. The pair now have three children and have a rock solid relationship. Ciara and Russell originally met in 2015, at a University of Wisconsin basketball game. Russell asked Ciara out for dinner, and the rest is history!

The couple became engaged on March 11th, 2016 on a romantic surprise vacation to the Seychelles. “She said yes!! Since day one I knew you were the one. No greater feeling,” wrote the NFL player. Ciara and Russell Wilson indulged in a truly English fairytale wedding ceremony, in the mediaeval Peckforton Castle, in Cheshire. We take a look at the stunning rings that now grace her left hand.

The black tie-event was attended by an array of stars, who witnessed the singer and her Seattle Seahawks quarterback husband, tie the knot in a magical and traditional English castle. Ciara wore a stunning white lace custom Roberto Cavalli Couture gown with long train, bell sleeves and corset bodice. Wilson wore a crisp white shirt covered with a black Giorgio Armani bespoke tuxedo jacket with classic tails.

Opting for a traditional ceremony with a twist, the big day is much like Ciara’s engagement ring design. Her 16 carat cushion-cut diamond engagement ring takes centre stage and is elegantly flanked with trapezoid and pear shape diamonds.

The side stones certainly don’t distract from the centre stone and the four surrounding stones are perfectly balanced to give Ciara’s engagement ring a significant coverage of the finger itself.

Pictured in London with her new hubby in the days following the wedding ceremony, Ciara’s likely platinum engagement ring was surrounded by not one, but two thick diamond wedding bands on either side. From a distance, it almost looked like a three banded engagement ring, perfectly positioned to never go unnoticed.
