Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty
Your ring will last a lifetime and so will our warranty. When you make a commitment as big as this, we know you want to be sure that your ring will last a lifetime. That’s why you can be safe in the knowledge that if anything doesn’t look quite right, we’ll fix it straight away.

90 Day Returns Policy
We want you to love your Taylor & Hart ring, but if for some reason you don’t, you can return it within 90 days.
Resizing Policy
One size doesn’t fit all, so we’ll happily resize your ring for free. For UK & US customers, we kindly ask that you bring the ring back to our showroom and/or cover the cost of shipping the ring back to us, but we’ll ship it back to you free of charge. For EU customers, we do require a postage fee to return your ring.
In some cases there may be a fee if your ring has to be remade (when the adjustment is over two sizes bigger or smaller, for example). However, there are always things we can do to help avoid this: read our resizing policy to find out more.
Diamond Price Match Policy
We’re confident you’ll receive the best possible price for your diamond. By working directly with suppliers around the world, we cut out the middleman and pass the savings on to you. However, if you think you’ve found a better deal elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match it. Read our policy here.
Diamond Upgrade Policy
Fancy a change? There are many reasons you may want to upgrade your diamond: perhaps to mark a special moment in your life, a big anniversary, or you’re simply after something new.
We offer a range of options if you’d like to switch your centre diamond for something larger or with higher quality characteristics. Discover our policy here.
Complimentary Annual Aftercare
Life happens. Kids, gardening, DIY – you know the deal. To keep your ring looking as good as new, we offer a free annual cleaning service. Simply send your ring back to us and we’ll give it a thorough clean and polish, and check everything is in order.
Delivery and Packaging
We offer free shipping on all of our orders. Plus, we always send your ring in low-profile packing free of Taylor & Hart branding to ensure we never spoil the surprise. Read our full complimentary shipping policy here.
Inside the package we ship to you, you’ll find that each ring we craft is placed in a beautiful delicate faux leather ring presentation box. We also include a small ring pouch and a polishing cloth.
Ethical Policy
Unethical sourcing is the biggest flaw a diamond can have. We won’t touch any materials if we believe they have been produced using unethical practices. Each stone has its own unique identity, and we make it our business to know exactly where each one comes from. We only work with suppliers we trust to ensure all our diamonds and gemstones are sourced from countries compliant with the Kimberley Process. Our bespoke service means we can provide certification for each and every diamond that passes through our hands.
But there’s still more to do. For us, responsible sourcing means challenging industry standards and accounting for every part of the process – whether that’s precious metals, manufacturing methods, or labour standards in countries that are a part of the supply chain.
